Buying a used car in New York, no license plates?
By Cars & Motorcycles on May 06, 2009 with Comments 1
I’m a Minnesota resident buying a used car in New York. In Minnesota the plates always stay with the vehicle, in New York the plates always stay with the person, so the car I’m buying doesn’t have plates for me. I won’t get the title until I get to New York so what do I need to be able to drive this vehicle back and where do I get it?
