The Magnuson-Moss Act of 1982 prohibits this. It states, that unless your Manufacturer (Ford) provides your parts for free, you can use other approved EOM parts. This is implied for routine maintenance such as oil, spark plugs, filters, etc. etc. Not major overhauls and engine swaps. No it will not void you warranty. Anything else, if they can prove it, can and will void the warranty. Even driving the wrong way (burnouts, drifting, etc..) will void your warranty (Toyota is notorious for this) and yes they can tell and prove it ;) Oil changes usually do not void warranties.
