The state only issues a fixed number of stickers for each automaker and Toyota's quota has already been filled so if you buy a new Prius you will not get a sticker. Only Honda hybrids still qualify for new car pool access stickers. The CNG Honda Civic, and other natural gas powered cars, also qualify for the access sticker.
