Who are the clowns in congress we need to fire so we can have electric cars?

Oil companies invest in car companies and vice versa – isn’t that a conflict of interest, whereas it is to each others benefit for cars to get poor gas mileage for last one hundred years while all the rest of technology improves? Congressmen invest in oil and therefore national security at risk because they enact laws that cow town to mid east oil monopoly. Electric cars fix the war, fix the environment and fix our dependence on foreign noose around our necks. Does anyone agree this is a no brainer?

Yeah, but electric cars suck.
The Republicans.
You have to understand that the purpose of the Republican party is to advance the interests of large corporations and the weathly elite who control them. Oil companies dont want electric cars!
And the oil companies have one of their guys, a former Texas oil man, in the whitehouse. Condi has an Exxon oil tanker named after her.
Americans sure do elect lousey leaders.
I agree…you have no brain.
follow the money trail to any petrolium institutions or GM, Ford, etc. or vote on
You can fire them all if you want but that’s not the governments job. (10th Amendment to the constitution)
Also having electric cars will not stop wars in country’s with oil.
we are not there to take the oil we are there because leaders of country’s with oil can sell the oil for weapons and power.
If the mid east didn’t have oil, they would still be using sticks to kill each other, and we would not care.
